PRO SOFTBALL LEAGUE IS COMING 2011

The major division is dead or just enough teams to play a round robin. Tournament directors dose not even offer to put on a major tournament in some of the biggest tournament out there the fear of losing money on the division. Well let me tell you this, there are major teams,players and coaches out there but no where to go to get us all there in one location to play a tournament on a regular basis. I will not let our division die. I have been talking to some high ranking people about our division dying out at a fast rate and no one is doing nothing about it. I wish I could fix it over night but it going to take me a year to get things back on track for major players to have a place to play.
I can not tell you everything now and how this is going to work for the NBSA (NATIONAL BLACK SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION) 20 team conference. I do have a plan but I must see how much interest that players want to play major ball at the high highest level. There are players in the mid west.on the west coast, east coast,out west,north and south that want to play major ball but are trap because of unable to pay for travel,a team to get on to play or the team they play for want move up in division. I have a lot of work to do so you can play and you have a team and the funds to travel to play in this 20 team conference that all teams have parity to compete. What I mean about parity is to have a draft among the coaches so team can not load up on one team.
I tried to do something with WSL on these basis but turn away because everybody is out to make money and I do understand that because I host a tournament of my own. Rec team pays the bill for these tournament and I want to award players on these teams to move up and have a team to move up too. For example, Team Atlanta is probably one of the best rec team ever put together but they have to move up. I watch them play an really they have about 3 or 4 players that are major players but players can not leave or trap in the situation I talk about early in this message. I will have new information weekly about what going on with this new up an coming league in 2011.
